Citizen skeleton mechanical wind-up watch in worn gold-plated. Definitely 80s, both 1980s and 1880s. But honestly, it’s not the most garish as far as skeleton watches go, and it doesn’t really scream STEAMPUNK, unless you want it to of course.
Also technically speaking, this watch is open-worked, not a skeleton. A skeleton doesn’t have the transparent case-back as well, that’s open-worked. Not that you care, but I have to know these things, it’s my business.
